Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your purchase to you, to the delivery address you have provided within the time set out in our delivery agreement. However, we cannot give an exact delivery date. 

Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery are both Royal Mail services we use, but they differ in their level of proof, speed, and price. Recorded Delivery provides proof of posting and delivery and low insurance cover. For higher value items we use Special Delivery which (once the item is despatched) guarantees next day delivery by 1pm or 9am. This provides more comprehensive tracking and higher insurance cover.. 

It is your responsibility to arrange for collection of item(s) that were not able to be delivered due to availability of signatory. Items returned to us as not collected from the local sorting office can be re-delivered at your cost. If items are returned to us we will aim to contact you within 7 working days to arrange redelivery unless you contact us first.

If we have not delivered the Product(s) within 30 working days of submitting your Order or any other date that we have agreed with you then you may cancel the Contract and we will refund any money paid by you.
